Best Lifts


Bench (we have to start here since it is the # 1 question) best is 2 – 45lb plates on each side but I do not feel the need to do this kind of weight I am a bb not a power lifter.


Leg press over 1,000 lbs for 10 reps – never went to 1RM on this just the thought scares me  Will get back with measurements which I have not done in a long time.
